Conor O’Kane, Chief Information Officer, was profiled by the Sunday Business Post last week. Here’s a short excerpt:

After graduating from Dublin City University with a degree in applied physics I did a master’s in optoelectronics at Queen’s University Belfast.

Like most of my graduate peers, within a few months of leaving college, I found myself working in software, which was exploding in the 90s. It really hasn’t changed since.

I spent most of my 20s working in Chicago for Sharp Electronics, quickly migrating onto managing networking and software application teams.

Returning to Ireland in 2001, just in time for the dotcom crash, I held a number of software development management roles before a brief experience with unemployment led me to complete an MBA at University College Dublin.
